Order Processing

  • Orders are only shipped once payment has been confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information if available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship across the UK via trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates only:

    • Standard UK delivery: 3–7 business days

    • Express UK delivery: 1–3 business days

  • International delivery times vary depending on the destination. You will be provided with an estimate at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery method, and destination.

  • Any customs, import duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk & Title

  • Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk passes to you.

  • Under UK law, we remain responsible for delivering goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos if applicable.

  • We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.

  • Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
