SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated once an order is accepted.
Refunds & Returns: All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which complies with UK consumer law. Customers are entitled to a 14-day statutory cooling-off period for change-of-mind returns for most online purchases. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items are covered by your statutory rights.
You represent that purchases are for personal use, not commercial resale.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at the time of purchase apply. Unless stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk passes to you; however, Side Clothing remains responsible for delivering items in accordance with UK consumer law.

All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, designs, images, text, and product materials, is owned by Side Clothing, its affiliates, or licensors and protected under UK and international intellectual property law.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Side Clothing is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Side Clothing. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, including any damage or loss.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process your information according to their Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback you submit grants us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it. You warrant that your feedback is your own and does not violate any third-party rights.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
We may correct errors or update information on the Services at any time without notice.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
